Welcome to Whapple Pay. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By accessing or using Whapple Pay, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  1. Definitions
  • "Whapple Pay" refers to our financial platform, services, website, and mobile applications.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses Whapple Pay.
  • "Merchant" refers to businesses or individuals accepting payments through Whapple Pay.
  • "Agent" refers to individuals or entities authorized to facilitate transactions for users.
  • "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, transfer, or payment conducted through Whapple Pay.
  1. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Whapple Pay.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for securing your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Any transaction made using your account will be considered authorized unless reported as fraudulent within 48 hours.
  • Whapple Pay is not liable for funds lost due to user negligence, such as sharing passwords or sending money to incorrect accounts.
  1. Prohibited Activities

Users, merchants, and agents are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using Whapple Pay for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive transactions.
  • Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or unauthorized financial activities.
  • Processing or receiving payments for illegal goods, services, or activities.
  • Attempting to exploit or manipulate system vulnerabilities.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

  1. Transaction Policies
  • Deposits and Withdrawals: Transactions must be completed using approved payment methods. Processing times vary based on payment providers.
  • Crypto Transactions: Cryptocurrency transactions are non-reversible and non-refundable. Users must verify transaction details before confirming.
  • Transaction Limits: We may impose limits on transaction amounts for security and compliance reasons.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Users must report transaction disputes within 7 days of occurrence.
  • Whapple Pay will investigate disputes and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to regulatory authorities or resolved through arbitration.
  1. Liability and Indemnity
  • Whapple Pay is not responsible for losses resulting from user errors, third-party system failures, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold Whapple Pay harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.
  1. Account Suspension and Termination
  • Whapple Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.
  • Users may request account closure by contacting support. Outstanding obligations must be settled before closure.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • Whapple Pay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data for transaction processing and security purposes.
  1. Amendments and Updates
  • Whapple Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast.
  • Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of First Instance
